années et demie, les visiteurs sont venus au Pub Caledonia pour
vivre au rythme
paisible
de l'Écosse et y découvrir sa riche histoire tout en
dégustant ses
bières, scotch whiskies et autres spécialités en
se laissant bercer par
l'ambiance et la musique écossaises. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
During four beautiful years, visitors came to the Pub Caledonia to live to the peaceful rhythm of Scotland and discovered its rich history, while tasting its beers, whiskies and other specialities enjoying the genuine scottish music and ambiance. |

Au Caledonia, nous avions conçu notre décor pour recréer l'atmosphère chaleureuse des Highlands d'Écosse, remplie de décorations écossaises, boiseries et tartans. ~ ~ ~

At the Caledonia, we had design our interior to recreate the cordial ambiance of the Highlands of Scotland, filled with scottish decorations, woodworks and tartans. |

avions aussi mis au pub, l'accent sur l'histoire de l'Écosse et
du
village fondé par des écossais, où nous avions
établi le Caledonia, le
village de Gould, canton de Lingwick. |
At the pub, we had also put the accent on
Scotland history and of the village founded by Scots, where we
established the Caledonia, the
village of Gould, township of Lingwick. |

The Caledonia was the combination of a Pub and a «Snug», like genuine Scottish village pubs and was a gathering place for the inhabitants of the village and around, as much as for the tourists. |

spécialité sont venus de partout pour essayer nos
trousses
de dégustations de bières
et scotch whiskies, siroter leur boisson
préférée,
profiter de notre librairie
écossaise,
pratiquer leur tir au jeu de fléchettes, ou encore jouer au
croquignoles, aux dames ou aux
échecs,
etc... ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
 Scots,
Scotland enthusiasts and
speciality products amateurs already come from everywhere to try our Beer and Scotch Whiskies Tastings, sip their favorite drink, enjoy our Scottish library or try their skills on the Dart Board or play «Croquignoles», Chess or Checkers, etc... |

où nous invitions le plus souvent possible notre joueur de
cornemuse faisant partie du régiment
des BlackWatch de Montréal.
We were also doing something special for
the Scottish
Holidays such as «St-Andrews» and «Burns
Night»,
for which we were trying as much as possible to retain the services of
our
piper, belonging to the BlackWatch regiment of Montreal.
